My VIP Buyer Service was developed to make the home-hunting process both easier and less time consuming for you.  Many buyers find the traditional home buying process very frustrating, because it’s usually the agent who controls which homes you will view, but with me, it’s YOU, the Buyer, who decides which homes you will take the time to view.

On a regular basis you will receive information on all NEW listings that match your criteria.  Please view this information and if possible, drive by the homes that appeal to you.  Once you have decided which properties you wish to go through, please call me and I will immediately schedule an appointment for viewing.

Remember that I can show you any available property, regardless of the real estate agent or company listing the property. As part of this service, all I ask is that when you wish to view any of these properties, you call me directly to set up an appointment at (831)227-7033, allowing me some time to help serve you better and obtain appointments for the homes you want to see.
